My experience with Dr. Brian and his assistant Courtney was outstanding! I had been having so much trouble with dentists and they were so helpful and friendly and most of all super gentle!! I will never be going anywhere else!!
My experience with Dr. Brian was great! He alleviated all my fears and he and his assistant Taylor got me through the procedures without stress! Thank you! The office staff greeted us warmly and Jennifer handled out insurance info ahead of time and we were not surprised with any charges as we have been at other places! I made a second appointment! Worth the hour and 20 minute drive for me!!! Best experience at dentist ever for me!
My excellent experience began upon walking in the front door. All staff were kind, courteous and attentive. My own comments regarding my teeth were listened to thoroughly. Evaluation of my teeth by Dr. Willis was made completely clear to me in a non-rushed manner. The images of my teeth were digitally done and shown to me with explanation. All the staff worked with me offering me a teeth cleaning and then proceeding with step one of my plan. NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT AT ALL. AND, watching Planet Earth on TV screen above me as well as listening to Adele helped greatly in keeping me calm and relaxed. A generous financial plan for handling my copays was initiated. Definitely a privately owned business with attention focused on clients. I have already recommended them to all of my friends. Dr. Willis is clearly well-educated and very skillful with his work. Can't say enough!
I have always liked the friendly people at Crozet dentist but on my last visit I was floored. A tooth of mine has been chipping away for years and Dr. Willis has wanted me to get a crown but I always resisted because of the money. This visit was no different more of that tooth had broken off and so Dr. Willis urged me to get a crown and I resisted but could see that eventually I would have to do something. So I said I would go to a dentist in Louisa where I can get a cheaper crown by about half the price and Dr. Willis said, "You get the quote and I will match it here". Wow, now that is caring and going above and beyond was is asked. I have an appointment set just after my birthday and I thank Jesus and Crozet Dentist for this wonderful gift.
Absolutely the best dentistry anywhere! I had to get a tooth extracted and the professionals at Crozet Family Dental, performed it quickly, brilliantly and painlessly. I’m definitely going back again. Thanks Dr. Taylor and Dr. Willis!!!!
