A complete joke at it finest, Dr. Keeley will be missed. The new doctor needs to be in a paded room for her work on 8/22/2017. The obese women walks in after a long wait,(about to walk out the door do to waiting in the first place), complete disrespect for herself or anyone, couldn't even get a single word in the conversation, downs Dr. Keely every other sentence for what he has perscribed to other patiences, and is taken away meds because she feels that everyone is a drug addict, or selling meds for drug use, these people have been on sertain meds for 15 years under care and supervision, but the sheriff doesn't feel these are needed,( I guess she is a genie now, and pain is not real). FYI people that detox from meds go through withdrawal, no matter the pain pill, she needs to go back to school and listen this time around instead of telling people they don't need meds for pain and won't have withdrawls from detoxing, NO MATTER THE RATE OF DETOX. I hope any pray the new personnel will revisit the new hiring because she is off on a horrible start. To finish off the visit as we were fighting tooth and nail to get a single word in, she walks out the door as we are trying to talk and says shes late for another person's appointment. Been coming to Crozet Family Medicine for over 15 years, that will be the last time we step foot in the place due to this joke of a doctor. She has no respect for herself or others, not sure how she was hired in the first place, I wish you all the best and hope your visit is nothing near this horrible experience with a joke of a doctor that left us and others looking for a new practice. I would've gave a 0 but wouldn't let me.
The Doctor I have is fine but the other staff is disappointing. I called day before yesterday with an unexplained bruise I was worried about. The first time I called the woman said they were at lunch and she was just the answering service so I'd have to call back. What's the point then of an answering service? Just turn off your phones when you are at lunch. When I called back the woman was not friendly at all. She said she didn't have an appointment available that day. I told hermI wasn't even sure I needed an appointment and wanted to speak with a nurse for their opinion. She said they were too busy right after lunch to talk to me so she would have them call me. Needless to say I never heard from anyone.
