I wouldn't even give this place one star. I called for my father who wanted dump truck insurance. He has called several times in the past year to get a quote. It takes 6 months to get a call for a quote. Then we call back and get cussed out and called liars. Would NEVER EVER Recommend this insurance company to anyone ,even my worst enemy. These people are not professional AT All.

Ridiculous costumer service. Secretary was yelling on the phone as soon as we arrived. Man was trying to smoke a cigar when we walked in the first time. The second time we went, the lady was incredibly rude. Don't understand why a place like this would be so rude. Never recommending this place to anyone.
Nancy and her team at Crozet Insurance was instrumental in finding the same coverage on a home owner's insurance policy with a rate decrease that would knock you socks off. They checked out an additional auto insurance policy that would deceased the rate further and lower the home owner's deductible.
